“When a feeling is felt all the way through, it leaves your body as if you’ve gone to the bathroom.” Love this. My mom taught me something similar when we were kids. She encouraged us to really feel our feelings then we would write what was bothering us down on a piece of paper and burn it with her in the backyard.
“After ten years of weekly Blue Apron deliveries, my siblings are now five-star chefs.” This is ironically, the only endorsement of Blue Apron that has ever made me want to try it.
